What payment method do you use?

We use PayPal as our method of payment.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we currently ship to most countries within Europe. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you would like to make an international order though. 

Which carrier do you use for shipping?

For most UK orders we use 1st Class Royal Mail delivery. Our shipping costs are £2.50 for products up to £20 and £4.00 for orders between £20.00 and £150.00. 

What is your return and refund policy?

Products should be returned in perfect condition with tags attached within 14 days of purchase. We do not refund postage. We will refund your money or exchanged item within 21 days of original return. 

Where are the products designed and manufactured?

All our IzziRainey designs are established in Norfolk, on the family farm. All our fabrics and products are made in the UK, some are even handmade on the farm in Norfolk.
