Cecily May Rose creates greetings card designs with unusual animals, detailed patterns and fun colours.
Cecily May Rose has been founded by Cecily Rainey, Izzi's youngest sister.
Cecily's design process includes collecting magazine and paper cuttings, taking insipration from textiles and clothing prints. She gathers imagery from both current and past textile designers, one of her favourites being the work of William Morris.
Cecily finds and collects pattern from her surroundings, within foliage, trees and flowers originating here on our family farm. Cecily combines simple animal silhouettes with pattern and colour which creates a bold, modern and fun twist on traditional animal drawing.
