What a fantastic few days we had at the Wealden Times Mid-Winter fair. The fair is full of some amazing designer makers, delicious food stalls and lots of things to see. It was great being back in Kent, it was lovely seeing some of our old friends, meeting new customers and getting to know some new stallholders too. Here are a few of the lovely stalls that were there...
Nick Hubbard is a jewellery company run by Nick's family. They have a gorgeous collection of contemporary silver jewellery in figurative designs- definitely take a look on their website. It was lovely to see them all again. http://www.nickhubbardjewellery.co.uk
Holly from Duck and Dog had such a fantastic selection of Christmas decorations, gorgeous homewares and lots of Christmas goodies! Holly's stand always looks amazing, it was so lovely to se her- and she kindly let us stay! http://www.duckanddog.co.uk
Halinka Fairies are the most beautiful handmade pieces of art. Halinka creates a stunning display of her stunning handmade fairies. The fairies are clothed with beautiful fabrics and have wonderfully expressive faces created with beads and sequins. Take a look at her website to see her stunning work. http://www.halinkasfairies.com
My Sweet Fairy's stand also stood out to us with their beautiful handmade decorations and tiny village scenes that are all handmade.
It is fantastic going to fairs when you see such amazing products and can talk to people about their work. The Wealden Times fairs are lovely and always have such a wide selection of things to buy. We would really recommend going next year if you didn't make it this year, we will see you there!
